As well as doing a placement with Hannah Nunn, i am also working at Leeds University doing a research based placement.
This is a great opportunity for me to refine my academic skills including research methods and academic writing. I am looking into the second hand market and how its success will continue (or not as the case may be!) It will be interesting to discover how many people are following the second hand trend and what it means to people to have these shopping outlets available.
This is a topic close to me as i do love a bit of charity shopping particularly for kitchen things, i do however wish i did more second hand shopping. It is a great way of creating an individual style and saving some pennies! I even managed to pick up some nearly new converse from blue rinse for under half the price of brand new converse, BARGAIN!
